Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

Called a couple times left messages finally got a call back set appointment for that friday. No one ever showed up!! Appointment time between 4 and 6. I called around 6:15 no one answered I left a message no one EVER called me back. My time is precious just like anyone else and It was wasted time waiting on them to show or at least call.

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

Our water was cut off at our complex the whole day yesterday. The office was very rude.

They helped me in a time of need when I had a water leak in my house! Found the leak, fixed it, and repaired the walls!

Update! This company made this situation right with me!!!! They did follow up and made their wrong right!! Thanks Phase 3.This company is horrible. I called back in October for a clogging problem. They suggested that I get a camera down my pipes to see what the problem was. They came out, Lord only knows what they did. Then he explained to me that he could not show me the pictures of my pipes because he could not get a Wi-Fi connection. He stated that he had to go down the street to the local McDonald's and try to pull up the pictures. He finally returned, dis not show me any pictures, charged me for the service and said the owner will back be back to let me know what the problem was. When the owner return, he stated that I need all new plumbing. He said that he could also vet my pipes that will give me a little more time if I could not afford to replace them at this time. He said he will give me both quotes and let me decide. It took approximately a month and multiple calls before I received anything from them. When I finally received something, it was for nothing but replacing all the pipes. I called back, requested the photos of my pipes and asked if he could send me the second quote. It has now been an additional 2 1/2 months and I have not received anything. I have called multiple times as well as text the owner (kaleb) with no response. They took my money and didn't follow up with anything. I don't know if they even really took pictures of my pipes. If i go to another company, i would have to pay for this services all over again. So basically, they took my money and ran. Sad that a company will take from people, especially during this time of COVID while people are struggling. Shame on y'all Phase 3 Plumbing!!!!!! If i could give A zero, i would. DO NOT USE THEM. In October 2020 i called regarding a clogging problem. They suggested running a camera down my pipes to find the problem. They came out, (i never saw what they were doing). They then came to me and said they couldn't show me the pictures of what they found because they couldn't get a wifi connection and had to go up the street to try to get a connection. He came back collected my money and said the owner will be back to let me know what he saw. Kaleb ( the owner) came out and said i needed my pipes replaced. He offered an alternative just incase i couldn't afford the pipes replacement and said he would give me a quote on both. It took about a month to get the quote after calling multiple calls. And all i received was a quote for replacing the pipes. I called multiple times again to ask for the pictures of my pipes and the second quote. I even text the owner through social media, were he contacted me after i posted asking for a plumber referral. I've gotten no response. I basically paid for a service that i have no proof that they did and whether i truly need my pipes replaced. If i call someone else i will have to pay for the service again. They just took my money and never followed up. I've been more than patient. Looks like i need to pay a visit to the court house. Small claims court, here i come!! It's sad these companies take advantage of peoplelike this.

I assisted my mother in arranging a toilet installation with Phase 3. She is older and gets uncomfortable with strangers in her home, so I usually stay with her for appointments.. with that being said, Kraven was so kind, courteous, and friendly to us. He explained the process and was very patient with us. My mother and I both felt very comfortable with having him inside her home. We appreciate the professionalism and great customer service provided by Kraven and the crew at Phase 3 Plumbing!Service: Toilet installation
