This company truly exceeded my expectations, and Ryan Moore deserves special recognition. After another technician handled the initial inspection and extermination, Ryan went above and beyond by following up personally and completing an exterior inspection—even though my HOA (Priestley Management) was responsible for it. He identified an inadequate repair by the HOA (see first photo), cleared it, and expertly fixed the issue himself (see second photo). Ryan’s professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially Ryan Moore.
I was very impressed and relieved when I met Justin. He handled himself and the rodent situation with knowledge and care. He was just a nice young man who took his job seriously and does PMI proud.
Kevin Coggins came out to take care of a nasty nest of bald-faced hornets for me. He did an outstanding job! He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I usually take care of pests myself, but these were well hidden and I discovered them the hard way. After three stings and a trip to the doctor and a steroid shot for hives, I decided I should leave this one to the professionals. Kevin made quick work of them, and I feel it was money well spent!
