I had a great experience at Novant Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and were seen in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated.
The medical team took their time, listened carefully, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I never felt rushed, and the level of care and compassion really stood out.

Experience here was relatively quick and focused on the matter at hand. The front nursing staff were pleasant and quick with registration. The wait time was average, really were not alot of patients on this particular day. Dr. Brown was quick and thorough in her care and explanations after seeing my son and myself. Facility is well kept as well. ??

Amazing women working here who truly care. Mortricia was so kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel judged at all. I didn’t catch the provider’s name but you can tell that everyone here takes their job seriously and really sympathizes when you’re in pain. It was so refreshing to be treated like a human. Facility was very clean and I was seen right away. You can check in online so that is really helpful. In the event that you need care, choose this location.
