This is an amazing place. Dr Armstrong is very straight forward. will tell you the truths and the solution. I really respect her work and she is literally saving my mouth and saving me money at the same time .

The people who work here are wonderful! I have had some rough experiences with unprofessional dentists, but everyone one that saw me at this dentist was very kind and professional. I was worried about going here because I have not been to the dentist in four years and I knew there would be issues with my teeth, but even with the fillings that I needed I’ve had a great experience here :)

I don't have the best insurance, but I still get the best care here! From the receptionists to the doctor, they care about their patients!

& your teeth aren't clean unless Tao* cleaned them!!!! She's the BEST!!!!!

WASTED MY TIME AND MONEYI've been here before in the past. Every time I've made recent appointments I had to cancel. But recently I was able to make the actual appointment. I wished I would've cancelled. The customer service from Dr. Ann Armstrong and her staff was horrible. She was talking about other patients issues with her assistant while in my mouth. She was acting irritated and was very unprofessional.Visit:I told the representative I needed work done on the day of the visit because I was in pain and she said ok. I got there and the doctor said she couldn't do anything a complete waste of time and just money hungry. Again, I definitely wasted my money and time. This terrible customer service is beginning to be normal for some providers. The doctor and assistant left abruptly. I was still laying down and they never came back. I finally got up and took the stuff off me and walked to the front. I asked for all my medical records so I could go somewhere else. This was a horrible experience and I will definitely NEVER RETURN. This place definitely inconvenienced my entire day. I rate my experience -0 and will not recommend it to anyone.Same Day:I had to make another appointment with a different doctor the same day and PAY another exam fee. I'm definitely frustrated with how this place handled business. I also pay out of pocket and this definitely adds up.This is my last time having dental work done in the states. I'd rather go out of the country for dental work. It's too expensive here and customer service is horrible.Note To Whomever It My Concern:The customers come first. If you're having personal and or medical issues you should stay at home. You should never inconvenience someone else with your issues. That's a paying customer.Recommendations:There are better dental offices in the area. Please do research before going to these providers. I called another office before going to Neighborhood Dental and ended up going to the first office I called to have everything done anyway. Trust your first instincts. The customer service and treatment was exceptional at a different provider office. I had to have five major things done. The doctor had other patients but still was able to assist me last minute and even stayed over to complete the job. All the staff had great energy and communication.

Dr. Armstrong is awesome she takes her time and explains everything she’s doing, very compassionate. Her team is awesome too. Thanks guys ?
