I called and they told me 4pm was good. I go at 4 to be told hey we full I can’t braid your hair. I called you in the morning and asked you if you was free. I wasn’t even getting anything complicated. Idk they just lost me with that one

I tried to give this location a second chance out of human error. Only to be stood up. Waited 40 minutes and than decided to call another salon. But the 1st go around; they were cutting my real hair in the braids without telling me...so my hair is chopped in so many layers right now! I have a bald spot in the front of my hair from where the braid was so heavy it ripped my hair out not even 1 day in. Crazy!!! And these were micro braids I paid for!!! Worst place ever

I highly doubt not recommend coming here. I felt attacked, they told me one thing and completely did another thing. I am a college student thousands of miles away from home and Naomi was raising her voice at me and I felt uncomfortable. I felt like I was going to cry because I never had this happen to me. Do NOT come here!

I’ve been here a few times before, maybe 3-4 times, and have never had a reason to complain. They always do exactly what I ask for and it’s a chill, laid back environment. However, I was pretty disappointed the last time that I went. I couldn’t get the first hairstyle that I wanted, which happens, so I had a 2nd style ready. They did the 2nd style longer than I asked for, which was actually a problem both the day of (it took longer than anticipated and really messed with my evening plans) and it limited the activities I could do that weekend in a way that it wouldn’t if they’d have given me the length requested. I was working all day while she braided, headphones in, so shame on me for not catching the issue with the length until it was too late. Regardless it did have a few negative consequences that pushed me to find a new hair braider because I’m just trying to get in and out with the hairstyle I asked for.

Terrible experience, ruined my hair. Do not go here. The braiders are not responsible braiders and certainly not stylists. They do not care about healthy natural hair or providing products and braiding hair that will not damage your natural hair. They use braiding hair that should not be used and can cause damage to your natural hair and scalp.

I had a really great experience. I originally came in for micro braids, but ended up getting six feed- in braids due to my hair being too long. Naomi kindly explained to me that I would need to do a different style and showed me some options. I scheduled this appointment over the phone less than 24 hours before the appointment, and I did not have to wait at all to get my hair started at my assigned time. On top of that, prices are very reasonable. I even accidentally over paid for the style I got and they were sure to let me know before waking out the door. Already have my next style picked out because I will definitely be back! Hope this helps someone!
