Michele joined EmergeOrtho Triad Region in 2006 as a staff physical therapist. In 2008, she began managing the Therapy Department. Her responsibilities include managing both the physical therapy and hand therapy department’s daily operations as well as her own clinical case load. Michele’s administrative responsibilities involve supervising the rehabilitation center clinical staff, monitoring the utilization of resources, and assuring service is provided in compliance with professional standards as well as regulatory requirements. “It has been a wonderful experience working with our outstanding clinical staff to continually improve our department by striving to provide exceptional quality of care and customer service to our patients.”
