Once again master heating & cooling has shown that they do the best quality work , as shown by Robert with the plumbing upgrade he performed. He followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the installation and there were no issues. When there was a problem with water flow, he came back and verified what I discovered as a problem. He diagnosed the problem and within a short time, he resolved it. Followed up with checking all faucets in the house insuring everything was working properly and I was satisfied. He is another example of the experience, skilled, quality , customer focus and care. Terry and his coworker did an excellent installation on our new heatpump. No doubt a lot of work but many thanks to all the crew who helped with the replacement installation. Thanks again Terry and crew. Our house is cool once again.
