I have been going here for years. This is the second time my SNS nail color drastically didn't match my toe nail polish. I'll be more cautious with picking colors going forward. The tech who did my nails didn't even say anything about the colors looking so different. When I brought to attention of person at front desk she told me next time ask for a specific type of SNS brand. I've never had to do that before.

Good morning All Who does the best nails and eyebrows there? I had someone do my eyebrows she was excellent but I couldn't remember her name the last Lady didn't match well with me and my face and my eyebrows so this time I'm going to get my nails done for my birthday so who should I go to in there?

This was my first time coming to Luxury Nails & Spa and they have a returning customer from me moving forward. They were all professional and sweet. We were greeted immediately and after deciding to get pedicures we were offered complimentary drinks. After completion the lady put my shoes on and I left before looking at my toes. After looking at them, I didn’t like the thickness and how they looked. I went back in and they tried to file them and the new lady shared that she didn’t think it was the right color for me because of how many layers they have to add.
