It’s so hard finding good healthcare these days. I like my provider Betty Jordan, however the staff at this location is a joke! Very unprofessional, gossiping behind the glass and not very attentive to patients! They use a call center to schedule appointments. That was fine, except I was booked for a physical when that’s not what I requested. The day of my appointment I was told I was given a call around 1pm(appointment was at 145) that the Dr was not going to be able to do my physical. This has been my primary care provider for 20+ years and I'm done. They constantly make you wait up to an hour beyond your appointment time to see a doctor and then it's a 10-minute visit. I understand things happen but for it to be constant shows an incredible lack of respect for patients. I had a sick visit, didn't get the test results I was billed for, and then charged over $200 for a 15 minute visit. The final straw was me attempting to cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance and then, when unable to leave a message despite repeated attempts, i still a $50 cancellation fee that, after I said I didn't think I should have to pay, they referred to a bill...read full review

Have been a patient here since 2006. They are absolutely the best... from Norma at the front desk to Cory, my #1 provider. I love this place. It is a 10/10. I have never had a terrible experience here. I even tried to move away once and had to move back because I couldn't find this level of care anywhere else.
