AMAZING RESULTS!! I have worn lashes before for a few years, but I always found them to be itchy, uncomfortable and irritating. My old tech used to take an hour and a half for a refill, the glue was smelly and I was never comfortable. My husband booked a cruise and I said I’m getting my lashes done! I looked for a salon close to home and called La Bella. Gracie helped me over the phone and was so kind and gave me all the information I needed. When I called other places, they were rude and would not give me the information that I asked for over the phone. I went to the salon to have Richa do my lashes. The experience was wonderful! Her gentle touch and warm demeanor were exactly what I was looking for, plus the salon is comfortable and very CLEAN! My lashes did great on my cruise despite all the wind and being in a pool and on the beach. I’m writing this review after my second appointment (re-fill) and I can’t say enough good things! These lashes never itch as long as you keep them clean and brush them each day. They are located behind the CVS on Guilford College Road. Please give them a try!

Monica has done my lashes and she’s amazing!! The first time I went I wasn’t a fan at first bc I wasn’t used to the length, but she did everything she could to try and help me to get them to what I wanted and even offered to change them for me for free. Luckily I kept them and I actually ended up liking it, but the second time I went, i asked for shorter and they came out perfect. Everyone is always asking me about my lashes and where I get them done!

Went in for an eyebrow tint, asked for an auburn or light brown color since I have red hair. Left with black eyebrows and cried the entire way home

I have been getting lash extensions done for years now however my old lash tech moved to another state so I am on the search for a new one and thought I’d try Labella since I live in the area. My original appointment was with Richa but I had to switch due to timing…unfortunately my appointment was switched to Monica…first of all I found her to have zero personality…never asked if I was comfortable…as a matter of fact she never even spoke to me. It took her exactly 30 minutes to do a FULLSET…so I knew right off the bat some steps were missed…it takes longer than 30 minutes to do a fill in. She did both lashes at the same time rather than completing one side then moving to the other side which immediately sent a red flag that she was definitely in a hurry to get rid of me. She did not cleanse nor brush, dry or fluff them out at the end. When I expressed my disapproval she said my $125 job was only supposed to look like I have on mascara…BULL@@@@!!!…if I only wanted a mascara look I wouldn’t pay $125 for it. I have another appointment there on Monday with Richa to correct her mess. This will be the deciding factor on if I return after that…probably not due to this persons attitude…I work hard for my money definitely wouldn’t deal with this type of behavior. Not sure if race is an issue but I am African American…so perhaps that was an issue for her…bares mentioning.

This young lady "Monica" took every bit of 30 minutes to do a full set. It takes me longer than that to put mascara on. She did both lashes at one time which is not what I am used to...so I'm guessing she was in a hurry to get me out...Most fullsets I have ever gotten have taken at least 2 hours and looked like 2 hours worth of work. And she wasn't even friendly. I will get on a plane and fly to my old tech before I EVER go back to this place. $125 for nothing.
