I was very impressed with their service. My air conditioning was not cooling properly. I placed an initial phone call in the morning, which was returned promptly. The staff member gave me instructions on what to do to prevent further damage and had a technician onsite the same afternoon. The technician (Stephan) quickly identified the problem and completed the repair within a short amount of time. It turns out I needed a capacitor, which the technician had in his truck. Ultimately, I ended up with a bill for less than $200.00 and a repair completed in less than 30 minutes. Key has been servicing my house for nearly 30 years. Whether its a repair, preventative maintenance or installation, I have never had to worry about price, quality, professionalism or fairness. Doug demands honesty and professionalism from his employees. The integrity and honesty of Doug and his staff are superior. I've never hesitated to call him.
