I’ve been going to JCPenney Salon to see Designer/Stylist Anna Wood for about a year and I just love her!!! She is so gentle with me, listens to my concerns and understands my curly, fine and thin hair. Her color knowledge and cutting expertise has helped my hair look the best it has in years!!! So glad I found her!!! Call and make an appointment with her today. I promise you will be loving her before you leave. Thank you, Anna!!!!

I visited here at 5:20pm on a Sunday afternoon to help my brother shop for a beige suit jacket and a vest to match with some pants he already had. The Mens department was upstairs, which you can take the escalators inside the store There weren't many suit jacket or vest options for big and tall. We did see a few items in beige but not in his size. Unfortunately, we left here empty handed. I will add that they had some items online but in store pick up wasn't an option and he needed it ASAP and he was going to a wedding. Stylists must remember if they are trying to build their ticket by doing add-on services, it is IMPORTANT to inform the customer of what you're doing and what the cost is. You cannot add services and assume someone can pay for those added services. They'll end up doing the work for free and it'll be their own fault. I worked in a jcpenney salon for years as a master stylists so I know how it works.
