Needed Home Instead on short notice after my father had a fall. Sales was quick and responsive. They provided us with a caregiver that was new and young, but good at job. We would highly recommend their services.

Home Instead of Greensboro is a wonderful, compassionate, organization that has been a true asset to our lives. We began working with Home Instead at the first of the year on a minimal basis as our needs initially were not that great. As the year has progressed and the Alzheimer's issues have become more severe, they have been right there with us all the way. We have now ramped up care and have someone with us 24/7 at times. The care givers and so gentle and understanding to my husband and he is now building some very dear relationships with a number of the staff. Home Instead was professional and prompt in providing and matching caregivers for our needs. Having a nurse available to access needs was also a great positive. Home Instead was also excellent with follow up and follow through. It has been a very good experience.
