Had someone come out and “fix” my key. $120. I ordered the key off of Amazon. He “programmed it” but left without my key doing a single thing (locking, unlocking, starting my car) but says it was programmed. Promised to come back for days and no response. So no car, non working key, more stress is what I got for $120.

He came out within a hour of me calling and worked on opening my car in the rain, at 12am. He was a lifesaver for sure!

I have done business with them since I was a child. However the person running the company now Chris, is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy person that I have come across in a long time. Chris came by our office to pick up keys and he was suppose to return them when he completed his contracted work. He promised 5 different times to return keys he had stored in his truck to our office and has yet to deliver the keys. He will give you the song and dance about family comes first and someone is sick and he will take care of it tomorrow or the next day...Please be aware the tomorrow never comes and the next day doesn't exist.
