HEMP XR

Hemp Rx is hands down one of the best hemp stores in Greensboro. The quality of their products is consistently top-notch, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re selling—not just pushing anything off the shelf.

I used to visit Hemp XR a few years ago, and I’ve recently started coming back to help with my anxiety and paranoia. Let me tell you, the selection here is amazing—seriously, it feels like walking into a candy store! The variety and presentation are top-tier.

If you’re looking for quality products and knowledgeable staff, Hemp XR is the place to go!

Just moved into the area recently and this was the first dispensary I tried. The employees that I've met are all very nice and helpful. Beyond that, the selection isn't the best and when I did find something that I did like, they would often not have it in stock. Still a great store!
