I had a house key break off in the door, I took the two pieces to Guilford locksmithing and they were able to copy the key and are even more affordable than home improvement stores! Thank you!
I am incredibly grateful to Guilford Locksmithing and Mike personally. After an incredibly horrible ordeal with 2 other companies (2 hrs. with no help), I prayed and Mike actually answered the phone himself (no answering service- yay!). He truly knows the meaning of compassionate customer service. He promised to call as soon as he finished a job that was nearby, to let me know he was headed my way. Man of his word, he did and was able to figure out how to get into the house and put on a new handle. Thank you!! I will recommend this company to others.
These guys are great! We needed to rekey our house. Our technician, Jalen, just left and I can't say enough good things about him or Guilford Locksmithing's service overall. I called last week to get a quote and the lady I spoke with was very professional and polite. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their pricing was reasonable and on par with the area (I quoted 4 different places). On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way and they showed up on time. Jalen was professional, incredibly polite, and worked efficiently. Overall an excellent experience. I will call again for future needs.
