At great clips madison in I had to pound on the door at 11am to get them to open the door. I could see two people standing g outside the back door smoking. They looked at me and ignored me. They finally u look caked the door. Upset me to no end . I had to stand outside in 90 degree weather and I am 71 yrs old.
I came into great clips with a patient and while she was getting her hair done I was looking at the hair products and Natasha came over to help me out and gave me some tips and I never knew. I am really happy she was able to help me find products for my texture hair. I would definitely recommend her if your looking for a stylist.
