I'm new at commenting in this form, but I can tell you I hope to see that woman again. I've been to Great Clips from Florida, Virginia, Salisbury, Wilmington and now we are in Greensboro NC. She is the first person who recognized my cowlick, curly roots and frizzy layers. My previous cut left my u shape in the back uneven, and she fixed it! I drive almost a half an hour to Friendly Center Great Clips location. The one and only reason is Nan. Because the only person who I want to cut my hair is Nan. She has been cutting my hair for years. Yes, she is a great hairstylist and is always consistent in giving me a great cut. But it is her smile, personality and caring about the customer that counts perhaps even more so. A lot of people do not realize that you can actually personally ask for a certain stylist. At the Friendly Center ask for Nan. She is one of the best.
