This review is not for the company, which sent an incompetent person to my home to take care of a wasp infestation which was three feet away from the area we showed him right on the back of the deck. This resulted in my husband taking a severe fall when later once again being attacked by a wasp). The company stonewalled me when I called to tell them what happened. This five star review, then, is for Mattie Chapman, who was the SINGLE individual at the company who treated me with kindness and respect. She is golden. If the rest of the company's employees had one tenth of her kindness, it would be a grand improvement. I will never hire this company again, but I will remember Mattie. She needs to be promoted and given a raise and then she needs to tell other people how to treat their customers. She was amazing!
