We had been happy with McNeely, but Bug Out is hard to get a call through, and when you do, it's a call center in another state. The tech didn't show up for appointment, and call center said it had been cancelled. There's no supervisor to speak with, no number that goes to an actual employee to discuss the issue with. We're dropping Bug Out and going with a local service.

When we bought the house there was a terrible roach infestation. It took 3 visits, but they made them gone. Any time we asked for a “touch up”, they were right there.Services: Termite inspection

We used to love this service but they stopped showing up and will not return my phone calls after 4 voicemails. So disappointed, idk if they aren't in business anymore or what. We are officially moving on.Services: Home inspection
