Employee Rebecca ********* was asked by her client to help sweep and clean the bathroom. Rebecca’s response was “you can do that, you need to lose weight”. I reached out to the owner Franck for a resolution. I will give an update once this issue has been addressed

The Agency Director Ms. Orrell is amazing!!! She’s so passionate and dedicated to the members of the agency! If your loved one needs non medical hands-on or non hands on care this is certainly a great place.

While they are trying to pay employee to leave a good review ——- let the truth be known, you may not even get service coming to this fairly new company, they are unprofessional and very VERY in organized! Don’t waste your time trying to work there and good luck if you want services it’s trash they are doing tooo much not to know what they are doing. Gervita is a mess!! The hit dog will HOLLER! Talk about Hippa and privacy violations Slow down that wasn’t the only client I obtained! Whew remember this is public I never hung up on her but if that was what you want to put out there she never called back to confirm THAT the public can see here the unprofessionalism. I never begged for a job just like everyone else did I applied and even better than most I BROUGHT YOU BUSINESS!
