I applied for the drop-in class from the official website and paid the fee. I was able to select the date and time on the payment screen. I actually went there, but I didn't know where it was, so I called and a man told me, "There are no classes today." I asked for a refund, but the man gruffly said he couldn't refund it because he didn't know who paid for it, and hung up on me. Even though I was just trying to start yoga, I felt very bad about it. The money still hasn't come back.

The owners are amazing people who truly care about their students. Not only do Lauren and Yogi Gene teach the fundamentals of yoga but they teach practical application in every day life. They invite students into their studios and true relationships are formed. They let you into their life and show you their love through yoga.

Wonderful studio with a variety of yoga classes. First time I came across Kundalini yoga here (taught by Lauren Blount) Everyone is welcome here and you can feel it! I decided to pursue my yoga teacher training (4 months) with Yogi Gene and Yogini Lauren Blount. The next 4 months were amazing and an experience no one in my family or I would forget. Professional yet friendly environment providing a balance for inner growth and outward reflection with your group. Mutual respect was maintained and encouraged and it helped everyone learn from each other. Constantly encouraged to develop inner strength in a harmonious way. The Physical challenges were obvious but I was challenged more so by emotional and mental beliefs. The training helped me make peace with a death in the family, start to let go of limiting beliefs I put on myself and continue to put on myself and start letting go of negative thinking patterns that are driven by fear. It will give you tools to take care of yourself and others around you regardless of your personality, full time career, age, sex or religion. Baby steps, it’s all in the journey. If someone reading this is interested in yoga teacher training then definitely go talk to them about it !

Love this studio! Good vibes and knowledgeable staff. Great for beginners. Cooking (ayurveda) workshops are so much fun! You'll leave feeling like you've been adopted by your new family.

Best studio ever!!! I have been practicing yoga here for over 5 years and it has been such a blessing! I can’t thank them enough for all the great things that have come from this studio. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in practicing yoga, beginners or those experienced. Incredible community, wonderful teachers, and the most welcoming studio.

I love this yoga studio. Linden and Lauren are the best I've taken both of their classes and loved it and I'm a beginner. Yoga is forever going to be part of my life.

Very refreshing to discover this hidden studio. Found it through Groupon but go back when I'm in town to visit family. Instructors are very friendly, clean facilities and keep it fresh as to the hot yoga fusion movements! Great little twist w/the music touch as well!
