Dr Erik, Dr Rowan’s assistant, was the Dr who had taken care of my appointment. He is very kind and a great listener. He explains everything so I understand it. I hope he continues to be my Dr when Dr Rowan retires.

Seems to have a straight forward, and even practical demeanor and approach to medicine. Has an easy to talk to bedside manner. Felt comfortable to talk to, and otherwise easy to communicate with (especially with explaining procedures, anatomy, the nature of the problem, etc.).
