Shout out to Joe from fire and ice. Super nice super friendly very informative. I had an extremely old system that honestly needed to be replaced probably 10 years ago just haven’t had the time or money. Joe was amazing! He saved us so much money that ANOTHER COMPANY tried to charge us! He’s honest and very knowledgeable! What a great company with amazing employees! Definitely a fan!!!

Great guys! Had Joe andout as a 2nd opinion in whether we needed a new ac unit. He was honest, efficient, and polite. Decided to use them for an ac repair which he was able to do in the same visit. Then he came back out to fix the pan a few days later with TJ (again, polite and efficient). Saved us around 11k, from the first company that wanted us to replace not repair. Very pleased and will use them from now on.
