I could not get my gas fireplace to work at the most in opportune with the impending snow storm to hit the Triad area this weekend. I need it to keep me warm in case I lose electricity. I called all over Greensboro to have my fireplace serviced to no avail.
I contacted Edward and Mills and they asked me to send them photos of my fireplace. Well, George texted me back with what I had to do to get my fireplace operable. No appointment necessary. Apparently, I just didn’t know how to light it and George from Edward and Mills taught me how to do it ahead of the storm. Thank you!
