I had the same dermatology group for over 25 years, and the one time I had a severe skin reaction that lasted for 3 weeks, my normal doctor was on unavailable and the doctor that was covering for her said that I needed to wait till she returned to be seen. A good friend suggested Dermatology Specialist and although I dislike change, I decided I should try them. I will forever be in debt to that friend, and I also advise friends and family to give them a try. They are professional, friendly, helpful, and do everything possible to take care of their patients. I cannot say enough good about them, they have my total trust.
The lady who helped me at the registration desk literally printed my insurance card so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I didn't get her name - but I am very grateful.
I had an excellent visit from start to finish. It can be intimidating to see a specialist but the entire staff put me at ease. I saw the doctor very quickly- no long wait times at all.
