Wes kept us informed on the progress of our order and scheduled the carpet installation promptly. The gentlemen that installed the carpet worked quickly and professionally. We highly recommend CSM Flooring. Photos show before and after. Julie, our salesperson/project manager, skillfully guided us through the process of refinishing old, damaged hardwood flooring. We were impressed with her care for detail and the time she took to be sure the project was done right. The subcontractor crews that came to our house — one to replace rotten wood and one to sand and refinish — were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated getting experienced advice on the best stain and finish for our floor. We’re very pleased with the results.
