Danita at the front desk was so friendly, and respectful. I drove specifically to this location because the one on Elmsley I have had nothing but bad experiences especially with the front desk receptionist being rude. They got me in and out in less than an hour and were professional and caring. This location is worth the drive for me with the exceptional care I received.
It’s simply the best overall experience I’ve ever had at any Urgent Care. The staff were all polite and friendly, the building and rooms were clean, the service was fast and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a bonus!
We took my mom here for a gash on her leg which resulted in a pretty bad skin tear. The whole staff was very friendly, from the woman working at the front desk to the nurse and the PA who treated the wound. The PA took time to answer my mom’s questions and she gave my mom a sheet with detailed instructions on how to take care of the wound.
The office is very nice looking and modern, loved the dandelion art on the wall. We didn’t even wait 10 minutes in the main waiting area and we did not have an appointment, we just walked in.
