Good staff horrible wait time I was here for 2 hours before I even got to the back just sitting. And the music played makes you want to fall asleep. But once I got to the back the staff was very kind and saw me quickly.

When I walked in there was no one waiting, I was greeted by the receptionist, it was very clean. I wasn’t seated 5 minutes before being called back, Both my nurse and nurse practitioner were extremely professional, knowledgeable and made me feel they were concerned about my condition. From the waiting room to the examination room were very clean.

Went to see them on a Sunday which is usually never good to go to an urgent care due to the long waiting time. I called around to several urgent care centers and to my surprise, they all had a wait time of at least 90 minutes. I logged in to my MyChart app and to my surprise, the Elmsley location only had a 12 minute wait. I checked in online and made my way to the location. I was promptly greeted by a polite and cheerful front desk attendant who helped me finish my check in.
