We had a control board burn out from the storms. When we called Chrismon they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They had the part overnighted and they offered us a portable A/C unit. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the wrong part was shipped the first time (don't know where the fault lies and it doesn't really matter). Chrismon's responsiveness was excellent. We had to wait another couple of days. Without hesitation, I would definitely call Chrismon if we have another problem.

I started out thinking I needed a service call - very noisy fan - it just sounded like it was about to die. This unit was on its last leg - more wrong with it than just the fan, and throwing a few hundred dollars at it to get it running just didn't make sense as this unit was 12 or so years old. The Chrismon techs that looked at my system gave me an honest assessment, and also the pros and cons of keeping what I had vs. replacing it. I decided to go for a replacement and that came with an upgrade in performance to both the gas furnace and a better seer rating for the AC portion. From start of initial visit to installation complete, the service was exceptional. All scheduled appointments were kept And installation completed as promised. It was a genuine pleasure to work with everyone on the Chrismon staff. Thanks everyone
