We cannot praise our care navigator, Michelle, highly enough. She has established a sincere trust relationship to our friend who is in her care, she is always at the hospital asap when Anne is sent to the emergency room, visits her, tries to find a way for her to connect with her husband, AND she communicates to us all in Anne's Team of friends about the situation. Kudos, Michelle. You are exemplary. And Corinne, thank you for setting everything up and monitoring!

Very happy with this service! When family members do not agree about the level of care for a loved one, call Choice Care! They evaluated the situation and made much needed recommendations, that finally convinced the hesitant family to get more care for my mom. I will always be thankful for their help!
