This is an easy 5-star rating. Cat Care Hospital is the best! First, I love that this is a cat-only facility, so it's quieter, cleaner, and much calmer for our cats than a normal veterinary hospital. The veterinarians and technicians are kind and responsive, even if it's a follow-up phone call. The doctors have always taken the time to explain things in detail, and it's apparent they genuinely love cats. Aside from routine check-ups, they've helped us with medications, surgeries, and, unfortunately, with the loss of one of our cats. The latter was followed up with a kind, handwritten letter from the entire staff. If you want a great clinic for your cats, this is the place to go!

My 15-year-old kitty developed a respiratory issue that resulted in a growth in his sinuses. After several attempts to resolve this with another veterinarian, they recommended that I try another clinic more specialized or equipped to diagnose his issue (and I appreciate them doing so. They did the best they could and appreciate their efforts.) My friend recommended this place so I decided to give them a chance. The team was so empathetic and transparent with me about his situation. He absolutely loved both the vet and tech. They went over all of our options. It was clear to me that they cared about both Mario and us as well. It was probably the best experience I’ve had with a vet in a very long time. We’re undergoing palliative care but in just a few days undergoing the treatment plan that Dr. Elisa Coccaro suggested, he’s feeling so much better. We’re monitoring him and giving him all the love. We plan to keep in touch with the clinic as this progresses as well as add our other two cats to their client roster. I feel a lot of trust in this team and that means a lot as we navigate our little guy’s end of life journey. Thank you so much. Seriously.

My sweet fur baby has been receiving care here for years. We have chosen the very best clinic for her. We are very happy with the competent, caring, touch of the vets and staff. They handled her poor little broken leg so expertly and she has healed completely! Thank you so much for all you do for our precious little babies!!

My cats and I love Cat Care! They have been fantastic for us. My shy shadow does much better in the cat-only environment. They helped me discover the cause and solution behind issues two of my cats were having that my previous vet could never figure out. My previous vet couldn’t figure it out even after spending hundreds of dollars on tests. I went to Cat Care and brought them the information for everything we had done, what helped and what didn’t, and all his symptoms. They had figured out a diagnosis within a week and now my Gizmo is doing much better.

Thank you Nadia, Brooke, Dr. Beachy, and Dr. C!

This is such a great practice!! I volunteer with a cat rescue group and like going here so much that I use them for my personal cats too! The vets are very knowledgeable and caring. They are not looking to do a money grab like some of the local vets prescribing tests and medications that are not really needed. The techs are so good handling the cats....even the spicy & cranky ones!! They never get angry and are always soft spoken with the cats. They are also extremely compassionate when an owner has to euthanize one of their cats. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and make sure they address all your needs either on the phone or when checking out on site. The fact it is a cat only facility is awesome and the icing on the cake. I would recommend Cat Care to any cat owner! Prices are reasonable.

My kitties and I have been clients for 7 years and have always been impressed by how the vets listen and provide options for care, even in the last stages of my beloved cats’ lives. Wonderful staff, kindness and professionalism all around.

We’ve given this clinic multiple chances over the course of several years, and unfortunately, each experience has been deeply disappointing.

The first involved our family cat, who was suffering from a bowel blockage. We were advised—without any compassion—to put him down, as we were told that “no cat recovers” from this condition. They went ahead with a procedure that failed to help, and our cat came home with the additional complication of drooling uncontrollably and in worse condition than before. We took him to another veterinary clinic for a second opinion, and he is still alive and healthy three years later.

Hoping that experience had been an isolated incident and trusting the positive reviews, we returned more recently with two stray cats for routine care: neutering, vaccinations, and wound evaluation. One cat’s neuter was not performed properly—tissue was left behind, which he subsequently tore out himself, resulting in significant bleeding and infection. When I asked post-surgery whether he should be wearing a cone, the staff laughed and dismissed the idea.

The second stray had a wound on his foot, which we assumed was caused by getting something stuck in it. We were not told it was actually an animal bite, which carries the risk of rabies. This critical information was only casually mentioned during a follow-up visit when the cat’s leg had become swollen, pus-filled, and more infected. Despite the condition worsening, we were sent home without treatment. When I asked whether it was possible to determine if the cat had rabies, instead of simply explaining that testing is only done post-mortem, the staff described the process to me in unnecessary, graphic detail. The lack of bedside manner was concerning, on top of the potential danger.

Additionally, they failed to notice a second bite further up the same cat’s leg, which later abscessed and ruptured. We found him lying in a pool of blood and had to take him to another clinic, where he required full debridement of the leg. I considered attaching photos of the injury, but they are far too graphic to include here.

We reached out to the clinic to let them know that the treatments we paid for had to be redone entirely by another provider. We never received a response.

Three cats, three failed outcomes. Based on our direct experiences, I cannot recommend this clinic.
