We are beyond grateful for the care and compassion shown to us and our dog last night. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine our dog, explain what was happening, and make sure we understood every step of her care.
What meant the most was the empathy shown not only toward our dog, but toward us as worried pet parents. We never felt rushed or dismissed. Our dog was treated gently and with so much compassion, which made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.

Our experience could not have been any better with the entire staff at CVS. From the front office staff, Abbey, the amazing vet tech and Dr. Christ, the surgeon, we absolutely loved them all! They took such great care of our chocolate lab, Charlie and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I can’t say enough kind things about Dr. Olsen at this practice. We had to put down our 13 year old weenie dog unexpectedly, due a tumor and breathing issues that popped up. Dr. Olsen had all the right words, empowered us to make the decision that was best for our family, encouraged us to take the time we needed to before making those decisions. They even allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Forever thankful for the way they treated us and our fur baby.
