It's been almost a year since my visit. Without going into a lot of detail, I will only say the overall experience was disappointing & not what I hoped for or expected, based on my Instagram following/views. I rushed to be on time for my appointment, only to have to wait 45 minutes for the Stylist to get started. The hair quality is very good, & paying for it was NOT an issue for me, but it's overpriced. I got a Sew-in leave out, for my Wedding, & the leave out section/my hair was a hot mess, frizzy. I was later advised by the stylist to "go buy a leave out cover up at a beauty supply store to fix it, for about $100". Thank God my Daughter was able to help me style my hair to make it presentable before my Wedding.

Brandi Raley is friendly and professional. She provides you with great quality and exceptional service. I have been client since 2014. She provides the best quality and authentic hair bundles. Driving from VA to Concord, NC is definitely worth it. I highly recommend Brandi for your haircare needs!

Hair stylist was amazing Shereta Smith very professional room always clean and she care about clients I heard people saying bad things about her but she was actually amazing one of the best and most kindness there but the receptionist always on her phone and always ghetto bathrooms never have paper towels or sanitizer and trash is always full but again shreeta Smith was so awesome met her from a phone call there ❤️Service: Hairstyling

I have to give a S/O to my girl Parrish!!! I am fully natural and I have never had a blowout like the one I had yesterday . She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and the service was great . I finally found my hairstylist . I sat in the chair in disbelief after she was done because no one had ever blown my hair out that good . I would love to keep her all to myself

I have to give a S/O to my girl Parrish!!! I am fully natural and I have never had a blowout like the one I had yesterday . She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and the service was great . I finally found my hairstylist . I sat in the chair in disbelief after she was done because no one had ever blown my hair out that good . I would love to keep her all to myself ? but a person like her deserves to be successful so ask for Parrish !! You won’t regret it !! I included a picture of my hair a year ago when I got a blowout , in its natural state, and yesterday before and after it was straightened and curled ❤️

I enjoyed me and my grandson when they did a wonderful job I got a soak for us I will go back to them again my grandson I love them especially later to put sang the church music I understand some of the people are not there but it was the best experience I’ve ever had

When keisha did my hair at the randleman road location it lasted a whole month!!! This was my 1st time at the new location it’s an nice area BUT I felt rushed my blowout could have been better \u0026 I was already waiting for a hour ... I still tipped the girl because it was alright but some stylist need to manage their time better.

I called to ask about Box braids. The receptionist answered, was Very rude....actually hung up on me twice. Then wouldn’t answer the phone back after asking for the Owner. I wanted to get braids done for 3-people. Actually trying to book the appt and paying upfront. I’m 2hrs away so asked if a consultation could be done any other way and Wow!!! I’ll make sure to never recommend this salon...sad part is I’ve never even used them. So thanks to your receptionist, you just lost out on about 700.00+ (We were seeking Micros/possible Sew-in)

I took my daughter there to get a blowout for her bday I also got me a quick wrap first time there and it was a good experience for me. Everyone was nice and handle there business would definitely be coming back shout out to Jordan and Kish
