They are friendly and efficient. They do all types of braiding styles and my styles always last 2-4 weeks or more depending on the style.

Beyooooooond rude and inconsiderate! They barely deliver on their work on top of that are rediculously rude. The only one whom isnt rude is barely ever there.. If you want to be treated any lind of way and be blamed for their poor work or invited back only to sit 4 to 6 hours and not be told when and whos doing your hair and then left to not even be assisted be my gues! TRY MONIC HAIRBRAIDING ON RANDLEMAN RD BEHIND COOKOUT AND THEN GO BACK TO BETTYS AMD TELL ME THERE ISNT A HUGE DIFFERENCE. IM HELPING SO MANY OF YOU OUT I PROMISE!!!!!

Wonderful experience I showed a picture and got exactly what I wanted. Fatima is wonderful at her craft. Fast but also neat and clean finish. I'll be back!

Listen to me...DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT let these women touch your hair. They did my hair on Thursday and it was extremely tight only around the edges. The middle felt loose and Felt as if they were doing that portion bigger than the rest. They hassled me three braids in for payment although most shops collect payment after or when they were almost done. I paid $180. As they finished up (which it was two on my head) I’m thinking they were going to clean up the braids but they proceeded to show me the door. I asked them to fix what was messed up from what i could see and they started speaking in their language laughing and acting as if they didn’t want to fix it. They fixed what i asked and rushed me out. A couple days go by and the braids kept falling out. I had bumps all on my edges and when i looked in the mirror from the back in the middle the braids where two times bigger and very ugly. My hair wasn’t even braided in the braids. I went back there to see if they would give me my money back or correct the awful hair style. They said they wasn’t giving me my money back although it was only a couple of days and they talked about me in their language. One of them shrugged as if i didn’t pay almost two hundred dollars for something i expected to last at least a couple months. They only fixed the edges doing them tighter than before so tight that i almost passed out. One of them said she bet no more will fall out. The middle and back still looks like I’ve had this style for months while my edges are screaming and bumped up. Save yourself some time money and pain and go to another shop. This place is the worst. Fake religious women who do nothing but con you out of your money talk about you and send you out looking crazy.

I was scheduled with Fatima but someone else did my hair, she did a great job, people commented on how tight my edges were, I’ve taken it out now and my hair grew at least 4 inches with edges intact, it looked amazing from the day I got it done till I took it out, never had any problems at all! I will be going back the only thing I suggest is taking a pillow because my butt hurt so bad ??? they certainly couldn’t prevent that!
