Had the pleasure of a first time braiding experience and I will definitely be coming back. The stylist will start your hair, and allow you to look at it, and see if it's what you like, if so, they ask for payment and complete your style. There is a huge sign posted that states exactly that. They were all friendly, professional, fast, and good. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Very dissatisfied with their service first of all they charged me $200 for knotless which turned out to box braids reminding you I brought my own braiding hair!!! And then on top of that they wanted to you to pay first b4 they start the service and if they’re going to go that route maybe pay half and when completed pay the remaining balance. While braiding my hair there were two people braiding my hair one was rough which I spoke to her about that she wanted to argue very unprofessional this is a place I wouldn’t go back to! I wouldn’t take my dog. This was most definitely a lesson.?

Got my hair braided a week ago and it was done way too tight. I let her know while she was braiding. I came in 5 mins early and had to wait for almost an hour for braider to start on one braid while she went to another customer and began parting her hair. I did not get the style I asked for and she started sewing my braids together when I specifically asked for large cornrows I could wear in a bun. She did not braid my ends and use hot water to stick them in place. I asked for shoulder length and she left them long. they are now unraveling because she did not seal them. She used a ton of product on my hair and a week later now that the product has dried, you can see how terrible the braids look. Don't go here, it's a waste of time and money.

The first time I came to get my hair done, I was completely satisfied with my hair and the friendliness of everyone in the shop. This time around was a little questionable. I asked her braids that were lighter, but I didn’t ask for them to not be as thick as they were previously. I paid more money for less braids in my hair looks very thin I am not happy with the amount that I paid and what I got I will never go back again. The attitude of the owner was unacceptable.

I asked for boxed braids one styles started and stopped and and 30 minutes later someone came and started again and then it was two on my head both of them was pulling and braiding so tight that I wanted to really punch bout oh them in their face I got in at 11:00 am and they finally got done like 7:00 pm I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THis place
