North Carolina 811 has been working with Beacon since 2017, and I can honestly say they’ve become more than just a vendor; they’re a trusted friend. That trust was earned during one unforgettable moment: a severe rainstorm caused a roof leak, and water started pouring into our server room. At 3 AM, Beacon showed up onsite to help us through it.
