I am a volunteer at Mt Tabor Methodist Church in W-S. The church needed a new telephone system and we were really struggling with the large and ongoing price increases of hosted systems being quoted by other vendors. Atcom listened and came back with an on-premise system that was clearly the best option and it saved the church a huge amount of money. The project planning was great and they handled all the dialog with Spectrum. The cutover was seamless and the church experienced minimal disruption. The post implementation questions and/or issues were minor and they addressed them quickly. They were great partners. I highly recommend them.
