Great experience with Balex Electrical Company/Berico completing an EV Charger installation project. Extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process of getting a quote, scheduling service, getting the work done/inspected, and providing the documentation necessary to take advantage of Duke Energy rebates. Highly recommend. Top notch work. Very fair on pricing and able to get the work done considerably quicker than other companies I had gotten quotes from.

We had a great service call from Balex Electrical last week. The issue has been with us for some time and another electrical company couldn't figure it out. Toni understood immediately what he need to investigate and was very thorough in his troubleshooting. He crawled the length of the attic twice to make sure his diagnosis was correct. He really knows his craft. His diagnosis was right on the money and his effort has allowed us to proceed with our project. His apprentice, Jomar, was a great help during the process.
