I been several times and I have always had a good experience I'm originally from New York so the whole vibe reminds me of up top from the stylist greeting you saying hey Mommy how you doing to the loud speaking in Spanish and laughing and talking it's a whole vibe for me that I enjoy if you are from where I'm from then you get it and my hair is always blown out bone straight I got curls this time wether I get it straight or with curls I always like my hair and I leave looking better than I came now I am natural and I only get blowouts a few times a year I have read the reviews and I will say you have to make the choice that you feel is right for your hair however I been coming here for about 2 years now when I need a blowout I mean you really can't beat it $40 and you don't have to have an appointment or pay a deposit and I walked in at 4:20pm on a Friday and was out by 5:25 that's with a deep conditioner and sitting under the dryer then I can't forget that the stylist scrubbed my head and washed my dandruff out like she I was back in the 90s at a old school salon where they are not afraid to wash your hair Iykyk because I have been to some salons where the stylist acts they are mad and afraid to wash my hair or they wanna charge me a extra 20- 30 to wash my hair because it's a separate fee from the style so for me salons like this are diamonds in the ruff that are far and few around these parts now in other states like in New York they might still have one on every corner but round here this place is always my go to for a blowout that these young ones would say is ☕ tea and they always eat when it comes to my blowouts

The first time they did my blonde high lights, they did really good, but the second time I went to add in burgondy highlights they pretty much covered my whole head in burgundy and did not wash out all of the dye and now I can barely see any blonde in my hair

I really didn't like the way my hair turned out but I was trying to make the best of it because I needed my hair done quick. The told me that it cost $55 and never gave me a receipt something told me to check my bank account once I got home and I realized that she charged me 75. Whenever you go here please ask for a receipt.

If you want all of your hair to fall out, this is the place for you! I will NEVER go back to this salon again! I’ve had long natural hair for the past ten plus years. I went to B&Y THREE times for just a wash and blow out. I never asked for any hair straightening chemicals to be put in my hair, but they took it upon themselves to do so. When The lady went to wash my hair and she touched it she said “Mira su pelo” which means look at her hair. She then asked for some shampoo that smelled funny. I knew I should’ve left right then, but I wanted to “trust the process”. My hair is now ruined. I have straight strands throughout my hair and because my hair is so thick, it immediately breaks off. Now I have bald spots throughout my head. I love and cherish my hair and I have been hysterically crying because I will probably have to cut it all off just for it to be healthy again. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! It’s not worth it!!!

This place is so amazing and I been to Dominican hair salons from Maryland to Florida. They listen to you and play music that makes you happy and want to dance. Love them
