I had an amazing experience yesterday at this urgent care and I mean literally from the moment I stepped inside I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist & literally every other member of the staff truly went above and beyond to make this normally stressful situation as smooth as possible I have 3 children under 2 and everybody had a baby distracting them with stickers to get them to take their medicine , even helped me all the way to the car etc. I just want to say thank you all again I really did appreciate everything Ashlee , Lindsay , Addie , Maggie, Sunny & Ms.Tanya !!
We had a great experience at this urgent care. Our son was in a soccer tournament, we were visiting from out of town. He injured his knee during the game. They got us in right away. He was assessed, x-ray done, Referral sent to be seen by an Orthopedic Surgeon in our hometown. We were in and out in about a hour. Much quicker than the ER! They ran out to the car because I forgot to get the CD for his X-ray in my haste to leave. They gave us a couple ice packs for the road. We had to take our daughter to urgent care to have a large splinter removed, and the care we received was outstanding. Sunny, the Nurse Practitioner, and Nicole, the nurse, were both incredible. They were so kind, patient, and compassionate with our daughter, which helped put all of us at ease during a stressful situation.
They took the time to make her feel comfortable, explained everything along the way, and provided excellent care from start to finish. We are very grateful for how well they treated our daughter and for the positive experience they created. Thank you, Sunny and Nicole, for taking such great care of her!
