I visited Apria to help me set my mask up and to ask questions and the young lady was so helpful. I think Brittany helped me.I was very worried about using the machine but she took a burden off my mind. I actually kept it on for over 4 hours the first night and over 7 hours last night. I will see what night 3 brings.Thanks so much!!

After trying to arrange for the replacement of my older cpcp machine I discovered Apria and immediately received excellent and very prompt service from Leslie Lindsay, the manager of the Greensboro office. She untangled a complicated situation with grace, humor and friendliness that is a rare commodity today. I feel like I made a friend and I received great service getting my new machine!

Busy little place. Went there for some medical supplies. Very friendly & helpful staff. The inside is a little worn down - but if that keeps costs down for me that's totally fine! Overall satisfied with what I got/needed.I debated on taking a star or 1/2 star off - but decided to go with benefit of the doubt. I did feel a little rushed during my appointment. Not in a bad way, just in a we need to hurry up & get you out kind of way.I didn't want to stay there all day, but in & out in less than 20 minutes from start to finish was pretty dang fast for a first time visit.
