Lacey helped me so much with my fitting. She gave me so much information that the first company I worked with did not give me. She was concerned about my problems and worked for results. I would highly recommend this company.
Sometimes little long wait time over the phone, which is understandable, that's why it's 4-stars, otherwise great. Wait, comparing to my previous provider, Apria deserves 5-stars. Can't complain! Delivery guy is prompt and exceptionally nice so far. Travel department also very helpful. The branch office closes at 5:00, M-F, so be careful if you have enough supplies.
I visited Apria to help me set my mask up and to ask questions and the young lady was so helpful. I think Brittany helped me.I was very worried about using the machine but she took a burden off my mind. I actually kept it on for over 4 hours the first night and over 7 hours last night. I will see what night 3 brings.Thanks so much!!
