Americana Animal Hospital has been Daisy’s veterinarian since 2019, and I cannot say enough about the care, compassion, and professionalism of Dr. Woods, Carla, Jake, and the entire team.
Two years ago, Daisy suffered a horrific injury—her skin was peeled back and the wound was severe. I called on a Wednesday right before closing, panicked and unsure what to do. They didn’t hesitate. They told me to bring her in immediately. That night, Dr. Woods performed four hours of surgery, much of it just removing debris from the wound. What followed was three months of careful healing and an additional surgery to remove necrotic tissue.

Dr. Woods, his wife Carla and his entire staff are truly the most caring, and loving people that want to help with your pets well-being. They saved our dog's life (Bronx) when no one else would help us. He had a Mast tumor (cancer) that grew on his leg. His leg was amputated, now he's living a great life. Thanks, for your Love and Care. Really hard to put into words how thankful we are.... You guys are Awesome...
Dr. Wood & Carla are awesome! They are so friendly, very knowledgeable and were great with our cat. Dr. Wood was very patient and gave good suggestions as to how to care for our cat and help her lose weight.
