I'll be honest, I was worried going in because of some of the negative reviews online, and I'm really glad I didn't let that stop me.
I had extensive work done today (multiple fillings including one very deep cavity) and everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Vo himself was genuinely kind and professional throughout. What really stood out was how much time and care Dr. Vo put into my treatment. He was thorough and knowledgeable, walking me through my X-rays without me even having to ask, clearly explaining everything as he went, and outlining exactly what the next steps would be. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and my experience has been great. The whole staff is very polite and friendly, they make u feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend anyone to come here.
I had a GREAT experience here, I had multiple things I needed done the Dr. explained to me what I needed but also gave me options and then created a plan for care. He definitely saved my teeth. Also the two female dental assistants were nice and very informative as well.
