“I cannot recommend this office enough! First thing I should say is that I’m not exactly an “ easy” patient to deal with. Idk why but I freak out inside at the dentist. I cannot help it. Its so bad that I can’t sleep for days before an appointment. And once I get there, tears just start. Not like sobbing and hyperventilating or anything, just shaking and quiet crying. It’s humiliating and I hate it but I just can’t control it. Nothing else affects me like that! It’s awful. I don’t make a big scene or make crazy noises or anything but still…..I know it makes their job a bit more difficult and take longer. That said, I’ve had other dentists/dental offices treat me like nothing more than an inconvenience or a “problem” or like I’m a weirdo, but everyone at this office treated me like I was a real person that was just having a tough moment. It was such a relief. Unexpected, but so nice.Everyone from the woman i spoke to on the phone that made the appointment to the dental tech and the doctor were honestly awesome. Seriously. They were very understanding and kind and patient. And they genuinely seem to care. It wasn’t like they were faking their kindness or just putting up with me. I was treated like a human being. On top of all of that the dentist was super gentle and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.“

“I was terrified,took me forever to get outta my car an go in,had a panic attack,major fear of dental work,i was greeted by 2 very nice ladies an then a few mins later Lauren cane out,an i was still kinda freakin out,had my sunglasses on,clutchin a tissue,lauren instantly understood what i was goin thru,her calm demeanor,an soft voice,explained the process an talked me off the ledge,she was very pleasant thruout the whole experience,then comes Dr Sigmond,dude is super cool,usually your stuck,talking to the dental assistant the whole time,but he took his time,to explain every detail,show me my 3d scanan talked to me about it,didn rush out,i genuinely felt cared about,an now im not as scared as i was,an im ready to tackle these problems,if your having doubts,or fear,look no more,you found the right place,they will take care of you.“
“The moment I walked in to the office I was greeted by a friendly smile by Carol! The office is very aesthetic and clean. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth , Megan, was beyond excellent! She took care in checking my gum tissue for health and she was very gentle. Dr. Robbie was friendly and easy to talk to. He filled a tooth for me and I never felt a thing! “I had a chipped tooth and a coworker recommended them to me, i made an appointment and they were able to fill my tooth and save it. It was the fastest filling i ever had . it was a little pricey but they did a good job and stopped my pain so it was worth it. They do accept credit and debit cards.i plane to go back to have more work done later.“

“Speaking as someone with PTSD from childhood dentist visits, I highly recommend Dr. Herring and her staff. Prior to the first time she needed to give me a filling, I broke into tears in the dentists chair as I tried to describe what I needed from her during the procedure. Crying in front of her was absolutely embarrassing for me, but I couldn't help it because of what I'd been through in the past. She did the absolute best thing a dentist could do. She placed a hand on my arm and said, "It's ok. We see this sort of thing all the time. You're not alone. We're going to take this step by step, and I'll explain everything I'm doing before I do it. Ok?"That was exactly what I needed her to do. She's filled a couple more cavities for me since and I highly recommend her services to anyone who struggles with dentist-office related PTSD.*For context: when I was four or five years old, I had a traumatic experience at a dentist's office during a filling procedure. That dentist later lost her license and her practice. I required a lot of dental procedures as a child, but that first experience scarred me for the rest of my life. Finding a caring, patient dentist makes a huge difference for someone with my experience.“

“I was in a lot of pain due to a bad tooth. I have a bad aversion to dentists due to a traumatic experience with one as a child. The office manager Brandee was very supportive and sympathetic. They worked me in their schedule that very day!! The whole staff was very professional, and very good at their jobs! Dr. Hollar pulled my tooth using laser technology that I had never heard of before. Dr. Hollar was fantastic and amazing! I would highly recommend, this Dentist Office to anyone!“
