Someone call Oprah because this place rolls out the red carpet for you. Service, front desk check in was stellar. kindness off the chart in a positive way. The efficiency was amazing. Worked my spouse in as a walk in and kept my appointment on schedule. They supported us with whatever we needed and it was awesome. New to hickory. Come. Here. Period.
Very thorough, staff were extremely polite and thoughtful, the pricing for everything isn't bad compared to what I was expecting. They don't try to pressure you into services. The dental hygienist was extremely nice, upfront and honest about what she needed to do.I went to affordable dentures few years ago and was thinking this place was gonna be like that but to my surprise it was the complete opposite.
Friendly and very helpful staff. They are also very knowledgeable. I have searched other dentists in my area and I am so glad I decided on Aspen Dental, I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
