Many thanks to the SERVPRO of Alexander, Caldwell, Burke and Catawba Counties for the support and excellent service you provided our family after a recent fire at our home. Within 45 minutes of the fire being put out, Tammy was there to let us know how SERVPRO would be there to help us get our home quickly back to normal and work began within an hour.
Throughout the process, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and responsive to quickly help us recover. I can't say enough great things about everyone from SERVPRO who came to our home to work. Everyone worked so hard, every minute, each day to clean, repair and normalize our home and belongings. Above and beyond customer service!

The Textiles Team who cleaned the clothes and drapes that had smoke damage and brought them so neatly back to us: Ingrid, Ana, Dania and Juana.

Additionally, the subcontractors, Coit Cleaning and Restoration- Ducts who cleaned the soot from our filters and ducts and Jem Clean who finished up cleaning our carpets, rugs, and upholstery all did a great job!

We travel 1.5 hours each way to see Dr. Boggs and his incredible team, and it's absolutely worth every minute. We used to live in the area, and even though we've moved, we will continue to make the drive because of the exceptional care and kindness we receive. Dr. Boggs and his team truly go above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their dedication and expertise. Highly recommend!
Big shout out to Pattenburg Roofing Company. We needed to have our roof replaced asap. They came and measured and had everything completed in a very timely manor. They are very reasonably priced. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend
One heck of a place to deliver to!!!!!!!Nice quiet lot to sleep overnight don’t go by delivery time wake up unload! 4 or 5 pm cut off! Ask to see Justin Kirby if you’re gonna spend the night and he will grill you a steak for supper!

T and B Landscapes does a fantastic job at an affordable price. I have a large yard,oddly shaped and a massive amount of concrete which requires weed eating and blowing. A large porch and patio which also requires blowing. When they are done my yard is suitable for a magazine. And on top of that, they are super nice guys. My husband and I are so pleased.

Chris is an absolutely amazing craftsman! He refinished 4 pieces for me, all requiring different skills. First, a steel table made from a commercial easter egg mold; this piece had spent years in a beach house and was pitted and rusted from salt air. He polished out the rust and pitting, repainted the wrought iron base, and put a sealant on the steel tabletop -- I wasn't sure it could be rescued but Chris made it look better than when it was new! Next was a Victorian leather chair that had a split in the wood on one leg. Chris repaired the damage, refinished the wood, replaced missing nail studs, and refurbished the leather back and seat. It's absolutely gorgeous! Next was a Singer Sewing machine cabinet from 1911. The wood veneer was stained, water damaged, splitting, and peeling. Now it looks amazing! You would never know it had ever had such problems. Finally, a Lane blanket chest from the 1950s. The veneer on the front apron was chipped, cracked, and missing in places. Now the chest is perfectly restored and polished. The work was complete in just over 2 months and for a shockingly low price (under $1,000 for all 4 pieces together). I'm tempted to go buy more antique furniture just so Chris can work his magic!
