The staff were cordial and the tech completing the tests was knowledgeable and proficient. Robbie is professional and thorough, taking time to explain my situation and scheduled a follow up appointment.“

“I have been a patient at Nice Eye Care Clinic for over 20 years. As usual, the Doctor is down to earth and very practical. He is very friendly. He takes time to ask questions and explain situations and give advice. The staff is wonderful ! They warmly receives me at my appointments. They amazingly pass me through the process before seeing the Doctor. Besides doing good quality job, prices are reasonable and affordable. The place is my family ( wife and children) Clinic.

“While I don’t remember their names, I just want to shout out the store manager and ladies that were working on Friday 6/19/2026 evening. They didn’t know it, but my husband and I had recently put our dog down and their personalities really just had us laughing and enjoying being in their store. They were so friendly and talkative, it was good for us and let us forget for just alittle bit of what we had been going through. That crew of staff was wonderful to work with.“

“Having new insurance coverage that did not cover my previous provider. Mebane Vision Center was located nearby and was covered though so I made a new patient appointment there. Had my initial visit yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed. The moment I walked in, eight minutes prior to my appointment I was greeted and as I had filled out all of the paper work online I only had to sit in the waiting room without any further papers to fill out. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable as were the exam rooms. I was taken for the initial exam right at my appointment time and afterward the Dr. came in almost immediately. And even after dilating my pupils he was very prompt in completing the exam. The eye exam was thorough and Dr. Benfield was very pleasant and friendly, and seeing from his bio that he had completed a residency in ocular disease and pathology, his exam was certainly more complete and professional than the average Optometrist. Seeing some of the other staff reviews I assume that they have either been replaced or corrected as everyone I had contact with was pleasant and helpful. Definitely a five star experience for me.“
