Thurmond Eye Associates provides a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. The staff, including the doctors, are friendly, helpful, and take the time to make patients feel comfortable. The doctors are knowledgeable and interactive, using live video to ensure a personalized experience. They are thorough in their exams and take the time to explain conditions and answer questions. Overall, the practice is highly recommended for its prompt appointments, efficient staff, and caring approach.
The one thing I would say, though, is the waiting room I sat in after having my pupils dilated was VERY bright and was hurting my eyes. Please consider dimming those lights when someone is in that area.
